You can simply edit your account details within the account settings of the mobile app and web dashboard

Mobile app

First, go to the settings tab in the top left of your Customers/Job home page

then select your account, under your company name

and you can edit your high level name and admin email details

along with your invoice settings

and notification settings

Simply browse through the settings to ensure you have the correct and up to date information that will be used for contact details and included in quote and invoices

Web Dashboard

In order to edit your account on the dashboard you require to select your account settings on the top right hand side

and within your SmartTrade account, there are invoice and notification settings on the left margin that can be selected for editing company details relevant for invoices and quotes and for communications.
