After you've sent a quote to your customer, who has accepted the costs, you are ready to create the official invoice for the job. SimplyPayMe allows you to create this invoice in just one click.
Simply go to the specific job page you created the Quote for and select the "Create an Invoice" option.
This will automatically create an invoice from the quote to which you can send to the customer or can first edit for additional items or changes in items from the quote.
The new invoice for the job will contain all the costs outlined in the Quote your customer has accepted, ready to send! If there are any amendments from the Quote this can be edited within the invoice page.
